Controller and information collected

Portal Fieldhub, Level 8, 29 Aghmashenebeli Avenue, Tbilisi 0102, is the controller for data described here. We collect information you submit, such as name, email, message, selected training, and market or timeframe. We also receive basic server logs needed for security and delivery.

Purposes and legal basis

We use enquiry data to respond, arrange sessions, perform agreements, keep payment and attendance records, meet legal duties, and protect the site. Optional analytics, if introduced and accepted through the cookie banner, would be based on consent. We do not sell personal data or use it for automated trading profiles.

Retention and sharing

Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Attendance, invoice, and payment records may be retained for up to six years where required for accounting or legal claims. Service providers may process hosting, email, or payment records under confidentiality and security obligations.

International transfers

Subject to law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and may object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Security and contact
