Cancellation, refund, deposit, and rescheduling terms for Portal Fieldhub technical analysis training.
Cancelling a group place
Email contact@portal-fieldhub.click with the participant name and session date. A cancellation received at least 7 calendar days before a workshop or clinic is eligible for a full refund. Between 7 days and 48 hours, we refund 50% or offer one transfer to a later available date. Less than 48 hours before the start, the fee is non-refundable because the place and printed materials have been committed.
Private reviews
A private review may be rescheduled once without charge when requested at least 24 hours ahead. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If substantial pre-session journal review has already begun, that completed portion is non-refundable; we will identify it when calculating any partial refund.
Cancellation by Portal Fieldhub
If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable replacement, you receive a full refund. If an instructor is ill or the venue becomes unavailable, you may accept a new date, an equivalent video session where appropriate, or the refund. We do not reimburse travel, accommodation, market data, or other consequential costs.
Deposits, materials, and exceptions
Closed organisational workshops may require a deposit stated in the written estimate. Custom preparation already completed and specifically purchased printed materials may be deducted from a cancellation refund where the estimate says so. Standard participant workbooks are not sold separately. Exceptions required by Georgian law remain unaffected.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days, although a bank may take longer to display the credit. Include the payment date and session in the request. A refund is not available merely because market results differ after educational training; no financial outcome is promised.
