Record what can be improved
A useful journal captures more than entry, exit, and profit. In this clinic, you build fields for thesis quality, invalidation clarity, planned and realised risk, execution changes, and chart context. The result is a paper or spreadsheet structure simple enough to complete after every trade.
Bring three anonymised journal entries. We will test whether another reader can reconstruct the original decision without hindsight. The clinic does not assess tax records, automate broker exports, or recommend trades.
