Terms governing Portal Fieldhub technical analysis education and use of this website in Georgia.
Acceptance and scope
By using this site or registering for training, you agree to these terms. Portal Fieldhub provides educational workshops and reviews; it does not provide investment, legal, tax, brokerage, or portfolio-management services. Examples are illustrative and are not recommendations to transact.
Registration and conduct
A place is confirmed only after written confirmation and payment. Participants must provide accurate contact details, respect other attendees, and avoid sharing another person’s private financial information. We may remove a participant whose conduct disrupts instruction, without refund where removal is reasonably necessary.
Intellectual property
Site copy, worksheets, diagrams, and teaching materials belong to Portal Fieldhub or their stated licensors. You may use supplied materials for personal study but may not reproduce, sell, publish, record, or distribute a session without written permission.
Liability
Trading can result in substantial loss. You remain solely responsible for market decisions and for assessing whether any instrument is appropriate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Portal Fieldhub is not liable for trading losses, indirect loss, interrupted market access, or reliance on educational examples. Nothing excludes liability that Georgian law does not permit us to exclude.
Availability and changes
We may correct site errors, update schedules, or substitute an instructor when reasonably necessary. Material changes to a confirmed session will be communicated directly. Refund and rescheduling rights are described in our refund policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (GE). Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Georgia, after the parties first attempt good-faith resolution. Questions may be sent to contact@portal-fieldhub.click.
